Outside the bathroom in the eco building at the state fair. Had to move quick for this shot ... the passers-by didn't like me taking their I-HAVE-TO-GO-TO-THE-BATHROOM portraits.
Bonus question - "bubbler" or "drinking fountain"?
State fair fountains are usually bubblers but if you had to move quick this must be a fountain.
Definitely a drinking fountain.
