Karen Vieno Paurus released a CD [that will go down as my favorite of the year] on Saturday. Incredibly talented, beautiful, gorgeous, and with the most gigantic set of ... ummm, vocal cords in town she Blew. The. Roof. off The Times bar in Northeast. (Thank you TaulPaul for that most appropriate and accurate description.) She was F*CKING fantastique ... and you know if I both swear AND break out the French it must have been d*mn fine.
And it was.
