Dinner anywhere

If there is a fire nearby, this is probably what I am eating: my version of a barbeque dump salad. Zucchini, red pepper, onion, avocado (if you've never grilled this before do it x2 the next time you're outdoors), corn, and whatever else is on hand / needs to be used up. Served on a bed of lettuce? Okay! Fresh basil, cilantro, chives, or whatever is in the garden? Perfect! A little olive oil, fresh cracked pepper and sea salt? Divine.
